Hat év után, április 7-én új lemezzel jelentkezik a black/death metal vonalon igen erős lengyel Azarath. Az eredetileg 1998.ban alakult banda nemrégiben szerződést kötött az Agonia Records munkatársaival, így az In Extremis című korong az ő égiszük alatt jön ki. A 2011-es Blasphemers’ Maledictions album folytatását 2016 márciusa és novembere között különböző stúdiókban készítették Lengyelország-szerte. Az album keverését és maszterizálási munkáit Haldor Grunberg végezte el, a Satanic Audio Stúdió falai között, míg a lemez borítóját Marta Prominska (Hypnagogic Painting) tervezte.
